Our low floor technologies are divided into two product categories; IntelliSYNC® and Axleless®.

• IntelliSYNC® is a complete front and rear, air ride suspension package that gives a vehicle on-demand kneeling capabilities when at a complete stop. It provides frame rail heights as low as 18″ when kneeled, requiring absolutely no modifications to a vehicle’s chassis / frame. Applications include transit shuttles, school buses, motor homes, commercial delivery vehicles, The E-Lo® and more.




• Axleless® suspensions provide extreme low floors by completely eliminating the rear axles in cab chassis vehicles and trailers. With GVWR ratings maintained or increased, Axleless® introduces a remarkably smooth ride previously unachievable with conventional, straight-axle suspensions.
  
  Axleless® is a fully independent suspension system; and because it is an air ride system, there is the added bonus of kneeling capabilities. This means that an already low floor can be lowered even further when in a parked position. Axleless® is available in two forms; individual wheel assemblies, as seen in the Axleless® Z-Frame™, or as complete trailer modules, which conveniently integrate into the trailer manufacturing process. Applications include transit shuttles, commercial delivery vehicles, bookmobiles, ambulances, specialty vehicles, trailer modules, The Friendly Bus™, The Boss Van™, Z-Frame™, and much more.
